The Lands are the most valuable and limited resources in Plant Crossing.
There are a total of 5 land types including Plain, Cave, Forest, Mountain and Island, while each land type represents a special color element as While, Black, Green, Red and Blue accordingly. Each type of Lands also contain different style of landscapes, which will be released along with the development of the project.
The Land has rarities of C/R/SR/SSR, determined during the mint process. The Land with higher rarity will enjoy additional effects, such as higher production rate or potential bonus in Arena. Land also contains random items like resources and artifacts.
The quantity of Land with rarity of C, R and SR is unlimited and will increase mildly with the increasing population in Plant Crossing. Land with SSR rarity has a hard cap of 10K and will never inflate in the future. Besides the functionality in game, SSR Land also acts as General Pass in the Avalon ecosystem which will be granted more rights & resources.
New users will gain one free Land (C level, non-NFT) to kick off. To mint it into a real on-chain NFT, they have level up the free Botan (C level, non-NFT, given upon registration) to lv10.
Players could also obtain a Land NFT through purchasing from the marketplace, minting in NFT sales, and participating in Free Mint & Airdrop events. The Genesis Land Blind Box Sales will be launched in Open Alpha.
In addition, the AR based 3D land will be supported in the near future. More details can be referred in the AR section.
